Life coaching sessions at £60 per hour

Or you can take advantage of one of the following options:-

Silver                              4 x 45 mins  £180        (£45 per session)
Gold                                4 x 1 hour    £220        (£55 per session)
Platinum                          6 x 1 hour    £300        (£50 per session)

Full payment is requested in advance as a sign of your commitment.

You are invited to phone me for a chat first so you can find out what it's all about, decide if I am the right coach for you, and experience what it's like to be coached by me, with no obligation. There is no charge for the initial chat. For your convenience I have recently changed to an 0845 phone number, which is free to call from most BT landlines.

A typical coaching programme may consist of:-

• Some thought provoking guided preparation by you so we can make the best use of our time together
• An initial session to clarify what you want and take some action
• Further sessions which could  be weekly, fortnightly, or monthly, depending on your requirements
• E-mail support between sessions

Coaching sessions can be conducted over the phone. LRG Coaching is based in Sussex.

The coaching relationship can be ended by either of us, at any time, and I will refund payment of any sessions not taken. If you are not satisfied, I will refund your last coaching session.
